Ron has specialized large-scale organizational change for 19 years, working with dozens of Fortune 500 companies. He is the co-author of Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing the Magic in Organizations. He spends his time with his wife & daughter, working on his Ph.D. (I/O Psych) & Internet Marketing and uses his iPad frequently (whatta geek).
Deb helps leaders activate & maximize their innate change expertise, based on her lessons learned in large scale change projects at the University of Michigan and for business for hundreds of organizations over the last 25 years. She's also 1/2 Argentine, Midwest raised, Lutheran. She sings, dances and plays the saxophone - just not simultaneously, although her family might say differently.
